A walk in the heart of nature
In partnership with the Mountain Guides Office for over 25 years, esf Valloire offers a varied programme of half-day and full-day snowshoe walks to help you discover the beauty of the mountains.

The weekly programme is available from Saturday at all our esf offices.

Every Saturday at 5:30 pm, our guide Fabienne presents the week's programme during the esf welcome meeting.

Meet outside our Resort Centre office at 5:30 pm.

Escape the crowds and discover a different side of Valloire on a guided snowshoe walk. Accompanied by our experienced esf Valloire instructors and mountain guides, you'll leave the busy pistes behind and venture into the peaceful, snow-covered landscapes of the Maurienne Valley.

It's the perfect way to unwind in the heart of nature while gaining a deeper appreciation of the mountain environment and its unique wildlife.

More than 15 snowshoe routes to discover

Whether you're new to snowshoeing or an experienced walker, our ski school offers a wide choice of guided outings to suit all abilities. Depending on your experience and interests, our guides will recommend one of more than 15 carefully selected routes through the stunning landscapes of the Maurienne.

With groups limited to 14 participants, you'll enjoy a friendly and personalised experience in the company of passionate local guides. Surrounded by pristine snow, breathtaking scenery and unspoilt nature, your snowshoe adventure is sure to become one of the highlights of your stay in the Alps.

Discover the mountains up close

Thanks to their in-depth knowledge of the area, our guides will introduce you to the fascinating wildlife and plant life of the mountains and forests. Keep an eye out for chamois, red deer, roe deer, as well as endemic plants and protected species, while learning to recognise the tracks and signs left behind in the snow.

Whether you choose a half-day or full-day outing, every walk is an opportunity to reconnect with nature and experience the mountains from a completely different perspective.
