All intellectual property rights, in particular copyright, relating to the general structure of the esf Valloire website, as well as to the text, images (whether animated or not), photographs, sound and any other element comprising the esf Valloire website remain the exclusive property of the Syndicat Local des Moniteurs du Ski Français de Valloire, subject to any elements protected by intellectual property rights and belonging to a third party.
The information available on the websites may only be used for strictly personal purposes.
Any use, whether commercial or otherwise, including in particular any downloading, copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, broadcasting, adaptation, translation or representation, in whole or in part, of the website by any means or process, present or future, on any medium, present or future, without the prior written authorisation of the Syndicat Local des Moniteurs du Ski Français de Valloire, is prohibited and may result in legal proceedings, in particular on the grounds of infringement, punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code, subject to the application of Article L.122-5 of the said Code.

The name ‘esf’ is a trade mark registered by the Syndicat National des Moniteurs du Ski Français under number 1 725 190, as per its latest renewal. Any use of a similar or identical sign to designate identical or similar products and/or services is prohibited unless expressly authorised in advance by the Syndicat National des Moniteurs du Ski Français.
